>> Ring it up: The Chimes, among the most popular restaurants in Baton Rouge, will open a suburban location. Owner Tim Hood said the restaurant will build on Coursey Boulevard near the clerk of courts building and should be open in August.

>> Restaurant expansion: T.J. Moran and Associates continues to scout Baton Rouge for new locations for T.J. Ribs. Stan Harris, company president, said the firm remains committed to expand the Acadian Thruway restaurant to new spots in town but hasn't found locations yet.

>> Entergy earnings: Entergy Corp. of New Orleans reported a small increase in third-quarter earnings that were lifted by a sale of assets in Spain.

>> Going condo: Condo developments are rising around the LSU campus, and some existing apartment complexes are going condo as well.

>> Tony Chachere's Creole Foods will be featured on Food Network's Unwrapped program Monday, Nov. 10, at 8:00 p.m. A Food Network film crew traveled to the Tony Chachere's facility in Opelousas in August to shoot the segment as part of the Unwrapped "spices" show.

>> Rolling near the river: Baton Rouge's downtown trolleys will begin rolling next Tuesday from the Sheraton to state buildings on Third and Fourth streets. The free weekday service is designed to provide quick service to restaurants and to move the thousands of area office workers between the state's Capitol Park and private businesses. The trolleys, says the Downtown Development District, are the first in a Louisiana transit program to burn natural gas.
